We re-open, re-inspect & re-pack by hand every product before shipping, so please check your product for any damages or defects caused by courier shipping transport as soon as it arrives. If possible do so while courier service is still present when you inspect outer box.
21 day product guarantee
AnatomyTools.com guarantees that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a replacement or for a refund of the full product price (US$), minus any shipping costs duties / taxes. All returns, for refunds or replacements, must be sent to our head office in the US (address below) and received within 21 days of the original delivery date of the product to you. You must complete the Return Instructions slip that came with the product, or the online form below. The product must also arrive in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you. If your item is from our Limited Edition lines, it may not be available for replacement when the return is received. In this case you will receive a full refund of the original product purchase price (US$). Please allow 7-21 business days from the date of our receipt of the shipment for your credit card to be refunded or exchange made. We do not cover the return cost of shipping of the product from the customer to us, this is the customers responsibility.

3) you must ship item(s) using the complete & original packaging,
4) you must complete all the information on the "return instructions slip" accurately & honestly to the best of your ability.
5) you must ship item(s) using a carrier service AND tracking number assigned to your return & include this on the "return instructions slip".
6) you must include your reason(s) for return on the return slip provided with your invoice receipt,
7) action requested 1/ a prompt replacement or 2/ a refund for the amount of the merchandise (minus the original shipping/handling costs)
8) Item(s) with the original UPC label or proof of purchase tab removed can not be accepted for a return.
