So we sometimes offer our customers the opportunity to purchase an item with our ‘Pre-order Option’. This allows customers to pre-order and therefore reserve a product item using a credit card, often at a discounted price
Anatomytools.com’s “Pre-order” Policy is that the customer\'s credit card IS CHARGED when placing a “pre-order”, then when the item arrives into our warehouse, customers are contacted via e-mail to remind them that the item is coming.
• How can I find-out the staus of my “pre-order”?

However, although we love assisting our customers, we kindly ask customers to NOT occupy our service staff to ask status of a pre-order, before the EXPECTED SHIP DATE. By placing a “pre-order” you are making an advanced purchase with the understanding that the product will not be available until the expected ship date, that was posted with the product available for pre-order. We will notify you when the product will arrive at our distribution warehouse and notify you approximately 2 weeks ahead of the ship date to you.
• When & How am I notified that my “pre-order” purchase has arrived?
When your “pre-order” product has arrived at our warehouse and has become available for you, you will be sent ONLY ONCE, a notification e-mail from Anatomytools.com with the subject heading of: [ Subject: “Your pre-order is available and will ship in 7-14 days“ ] It will be sent to the email address you submitted on-line with your “pre-order”.
Please let us know immediately if there are any contact or shipping changes since you placed your order by replying to this notification email, with ORDER INFO CHANGE in the Subject line. The product will remain in our warehouse until we hear back from you for 14-21 days, after which time it may become available to other customers, your order may also be returned at which time your credit card will be refunded the full amount, MINUS a 25% of the pre-order purchase price as a restocking fee
• Can I Cancel my “pre-order” when it becomes available?

Note: “pre-order” items can be unavailable for up to 6 months or longer. We are not responsible for any limited access, or changes that you may have to your own your e-mail account, which would make you unaware of the eminent fulfillment of your wait list item.
We encourage everyone to review their reservations frequently near the expected ship date for the product, and to cancel any items that you no longer wish to purchase.This will avoid any unwanted credit card charges for, as well as incorrect shipments.
• Keeping up contact details up to date!
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep up to date any information changes to their “pre-order” order, including updating: email, contact, billing & shipping information changes.
